We have an extensive portfolio of properties for sale and to let in both Spain and the United Kingdom, with the advantage of speaking both languages fluently.

Office Opening Hours.

Winter time.

We are open Monday to Friday, 10am until 1.30pm and 4pm until 8pm.

Summer time.

We are open from Monday to Friday, 10am to 5pm right the way through. Viewing’s can be arranged during office hours, evenings or weekends.

Fees and commissions.

We offer a range of tariffs to sell or let your property.

Sales

2 % of the total sale, with exclusivity.
2.5 % of the total sale, without exclusivity, 200 Euros initial payment.
3 % of the total sale, without exclusivity, 0 Euros initial payment.

Lettings

8.5 % of a yearly contract.
15 % of a holiday let.
